Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 2, 2025

Thank you for shopping with Gir Ghritam. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every order. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.


Returns

Due to the nature of our products (consumable food items), we do not accept returns unless the item you received is:

  • Damaged during transit

  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of damage (photos/videos) must be provided at the time of the complaint.

Please contact us at customer@girghritam.com with your order ID and images of the issue to initiate the return process.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • In case of COD orders, we will initiate a bank transfer after verifying your bank details.

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank or payment provider account.

  2. Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at customer@girghritam.com.


Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges unless the product was damaged or incorrect.


Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. Once dispatched, we cannot cancel the order.
