1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship all across India.
For international orders, please contact us at customer@girghritam.com before placing the order.

Metro Cities 3–5 business days
Other Cities 5–7 business days
Remote/Rural Areas 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control such as courier delays, natural disasters, or strikes.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • A standard shipping fee of ₹49–₹99 may apply to orders below ₹999 or based on weight and delivery location.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking number and courier partner link.

  • You can also track your order directly from your Order History on our website.

6. Packaging and Handling

We ensure your ghee jars are:

  • Hygienically packed

  • Secured with bubble wrap and tamper-proof packaging

  • Sealed to preserve freshness

7. Delays and Non-Delivery

In case of delay beyond the expected time or a lost package:

  • Please contact us at customer@girghritam.com with your order number.

  • We will coordinate with our logistics partner and keep you informed.

8. Damaged or Leaked Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or leaked, please:

  • Email us within 24 hours of delivery at customer@girghritam.com.

  • Include clear photos/videos of the damaged product and outer packaging.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the case.
