3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment through the available payment gateways.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location (generally 3–7 working days).

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

  • Due to the nature of our product (consumable food item), we do not accept returns once the seal is broken.

  • Replacement or refund is eligible only in cases of:

    • Wrong product delivered

    • Damaged product upon arrival (with proof within 24 hours of delivery)

  • To request a replacement/refund, please contact us at customer@girghritam.com within 24 hours of delivery with order details and images.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this Site (logos, product images, designs, text) is the property of Gir Ghritam and protected under copyright and trademark laws.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for any misuse of the product, allergic reactions, or health conditions resulting from consumption.

  • Customers are advised to consult their doctor before dietary changes if they have medical concerns.

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
